Believe me: I’m not the only one who feels this way about the site. If you read the comments under each post and the discussions they trigger on Facebook, you’ll see what I mean. 

Why is this blog so successful? It’s not the design; that’s for sure. There’s a store that offers plush toys, hats, and other merchandise for the fans. But that can’t generate too much income. Wait But Why thrives through the support of its patrons. People love the content so much that they are willing to drop a monthly donation. 

Why? – Because there’s no other blog like this one on the web. 

If you create content so unique, your readers will support you for teaching them something new, making them think, and engaging them in productive discussions.
