Terms of Paid Offers - ThemeREX

ThemeREX Webstudio is only responsible for implementing the project as specified in the initial request and project description. If the customer wishes to make additional changes he/she should request an additional quote, otherwise, he/she agrees to accept the current result.
ThemeREX Webstudio has the right to set an extra price quote if the client wishes to make additional project changes that were not stipulated before and were not stated in the project description.
After the offer is purchased, the customer should provide all the necessary documentation to start the project. If this is not done within 14 days ThemeREX saves the right to keep the money as a credit payment. The customer can use this amount like store credit for 6 months from the moment of the purchase.
Customers can request a refund for 14 days if he/she did not provide the needed information, as a result of which customization was not done.
If the order is canceled due to the customer changing their mind or due to buyer’s remorse, before the work started, a 10% cancellation fees are to be applied.
If the order is canceled due to the customer changing their mind or due to buyer’s remorse, after the work started, cancellation fees are calculated according to the volume of work performed by ThemeREX Studio.
ThemeREX Webstudio does not take part in any theme development or update. Therefore, there is no money-back guarantee in case some features (like those developed in frames of additional customization services by ThemeREX Webstudio) are later added in the themes‘ future updates by ThemeRex/AncoraThemes/AxiomThemes authors.
ThemeREX Webstudio does not guarantee to complete tuning on a schedule specified in the Preliminary Term of Delivery if there were breaks in production because of the customer’s activity (i.e. the client doesn’t give ThemeREX Webstudio all the data necessary for customization or gives false details/data).
ThemeREX Webstudio does not take responsibility for setting up the web hosting and web server of the customer. Setting up a proper web hosting environment for web studio services is the sole responsibility of the customer (unless the custom agreement is signed).
ThemeREX Webstudio reserves the right to mark the final project result with the „Created by ThemeREX Webstudio“ link in the footer area.
In case the customer does not wish to put this mark, ThemeREX Webstudio reserves the right to set an extra charge for removing it. All of the issues considering adding or removing the mark mentioned above can be discussed with a project manager.
As soon as the customer receives customization (direct on his website or attached files) the project is considered to be implemented successfully and isn’t to be reviewed or revised.
Any complaints or comments from the client must be submitted within 14 calendar days after the delivery of the project. After 14 calendar days, the project is considered completed in full.
The customer automatically receives access to ThemeREX’s Affiliate program. But it is solely up to the customer whether he/she desires to use it.
