Premium support chat/Skype services are provided on Mo-Fr 10.00-19.00 CET and cover questions on WordPress and theme installation, bundled plugins setup, demo data import, website customization, content editing.
Third-party plugins configuration and implementing additional scripts/coding require the developer’s time (2 hours per month are included in the subscription). In case the customization involves more time, it should be paid extra – upon the agreement with the support operator.
